Dale Bildhauer was diagnosed with colon cancer and underwent surgery followed by five weeks of radiation and five months of chemotherapy. The treatments shrunk the tumor which was removed in a second surgery. He continued to work through treatment as a live-in custodian at Gannon University when he felt strong enough.

Alana Anderson - March 2025

Chris Stark, one of the hosts of The Capital FM Breakfast Show in the UK returned to work this week following a testicular cancer diagnosis. While initially he chose not to disclose publicly or to his co-workers, he spoke on air about having surgery while he was out of work as well as chemotherapy to reduce the likelihood of the cancer returning.
