Oregon State Representative Hòa Nguyễn returned to the Oregon House on Friday for the first time since she announced her cancer diagnosis in February. "I think it’s the community, it’s all of you here and the support that really, really pushed me through," she said. It is unclear at the moment how often she will be returning to the House, and Nguyễn chose not to disclose any details about her health or treatment. A spokesperson for the House Majority Office said, "She is taking the session day by day at this point, and we’re focused on her health above anything."
