Our applications for the 2021 National Conference on Work & Cancer Technology Assistance Program have now closed. Thank you to all who have applied!
In the event we re-open the application, and you would like to be added to the Wait List, please e-mail Brian Morvant at email@example.com.
This new 2021 program will grant a one-time award of one (1) tablet or portable laptop (such as a Chromebook or similar device) to recipients. CAC will determine the type of device to be distributed.
Applications originally opened on Friday March 19th, 2021, and closed Monday, May 3, 2021. If you have applied and your application is approved, you will be notified by email and/or phone and be sent a contract that must be filled out in order to accept your award. Recipients will be notified on a rolling basis. All recipients will be sent their awarded resource in advance of the National Conference on Work & Cancer, held Friday, June 25, 2021. Should you have any questions about the application process, please refer to the Terms and Conditions and Frequently Asked Questions pages.
