Identify one leader from your organization to complete the 20-minute online survey. To prepare for the survey, please consider these steps:

• Have your organization's current benefits documentation readily available for reference
• Ensure the leader selected to complete the survey is directly involved in your organization's benefits, policies and programs, or someone authorized to speak on behalf of the organization regarding these matters
• Be prepared to consult with colleagues from Benefits, Compensation, or other HR functions to provide complete responses
• Please note that there will always be an option to select “unsure” or “currently evaluating.” If you will need support securing approval from your executive leadership, we can provide documentation to support the ask.

$1250 Survey Fee Includes:

• Personalized Benchmarking Report* across industry and companies highlighting their company’s strengths and opportunities to expand or initiate support. Individual data will not be shared publicly.
• Tailored insights from Cancer and Careers to help employers expand support in areas most meaningful to their employees and supportive of company policies.
• Opportunity to be included in recognition campaign, press and events.
• If certified, option to license the Best Companies for Working with Cancer seal.
