Beauty with Benefits, a big beauty fundraiser for Cancer and Careers, is live tonight on QVC. This exciting campaign features top brands and products in support of our work, and our community. The impact is direct—70% of the purchase price* will fuel our programs and services, ensuring everything we offer remains free and accessible to you, year-round.
The event is such a beautiful show of support. The 2023 campaign will feature color cosmetics, skin care, hair care and more from 46 brands, large and small. We are also honored that Mally Roncal of Mally Beauty has returned this year as spokeswoman. Mally is a celebrity make-up artist and entrepreneur—as well as a passionate advocate for the cause, and dear friend of Cancer and Careers.
The event puts so much in motion. Last year’s proceeds helped us add new programs for our Spanish speaking community, including expanding our Ask the Experts webinar series and growing the content on our Spanish website. We were able to publish a new survival guide (which is immediately available for download) and continue our Technology Assistance Program, if you have trouble accessing a laptop for your job, or job search. Our Financial Assistance grant program is there for emergencies, thanks to Beauty with Benefits support.
