Our 5th national survey has been conducted to better understand the experience of cancer patients and survivors in the workplace. The 2017 survey highlights many issues that we hear about everyday—from disclosure to accessing support to looking for a new job. The results also shed light on some interesting differences in women and men's behaviors and experiences when it comes to issues around work and cancer.

The full infographic is available below, but here are a few key highlights from the survey:

• Of those working or looking for work, women are more likely than men to say the primary reason they want to work is financial (68% vs. 57%)
• Employed women are more likely than employed men to say they felt supported after disclosing their diagnosis at work (74% vs. 59%)
