UK television presenter Davina McCall had a benign brain tumor removed in 2024 and was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2025. This past October she had surgery to remove the tumor from her breast and is recovering well. She has decided to cut back and only work four-days a week to spend more time on herself and keep her stress levels lower. 

Speaking on her podcast, the Masked Singer judge and former Big Brother UK host said, "Change was something that really frightened me. I always loved the status quo, knowing what I was doing and feeling safe in that...I feel so much better now about my life and trying to get it more balanced. As I hit this stage of my life, I want to take more care of myself. That is my latest project, me, because I can’t take care of anyone else if I’m not OK."
