Despite a breast cancer diagnosis earlier this year, solar installer, Kayla Reedy, wasn't going to let it stop her from doing the job she loves. 

Currently undergoing chemo treatments since January, Reedy has continued the many aspects of her job as co-owner of the company, including administrative tasks, but has also remained steadfast in her desire to do installs as well. With a positive attitude and tenacity for life and work, Reedy continues to get up on the roof, regardless of her treatment. As she put it "I wasn't going to let cancer define me or push me back from the industry that I love."
