Dick Vitale, an ESPN analyst for over four decades, is starting to get his voice back as he recovers from cancer and recent vocal cord surgery. Though he is currently focused on healing and recovery at this time, he is optimistic and excited to get back to work.

As this is Vitale's fourth cancer diagnosis, he has managed his career and cancer in the past by staying active and inspired. He previously went through radiation on his vocal cords and "was able to deal with the side effects at that time" and is hopeful he can do that again.
