The importance of a healthy diet should never be underestimated, especially for those who are going through active cancer treatment or are in remission.
Cancer survivors who return to work ideally want to get back to business as usual, however, getting back to one's peak performance can be a continuous challenge. Whether experiencing fatigue, nausea or other lingering symptoms of cancer treatment, survivors can often feel frustrated that they are not able to fulfill some of the duties and responsibilities they may hold as a part of their job.
A recent report by The Guardian outlines some of the major benefits of eating healthy and exercising regularly for cancer patients and survivors, in particular when they are getting back to work.
