Zack Brown, or Brownie as his students affectionately refer to him, is back in his classroom following a battle with Hodgkins lymphoma. Brown faced difficulty not only in his diagnosis but having to be away from two things he loves most, teaching and coaching. 

Brown says the outpouring of emotional and financial support was touching. The cards, ribbons, and fundraisers from his family, friends and the community, really played a large role in his recovery. States Brown, "they really helped me change my mind set around...that was really what enabled me to kind of start really fighting and moving forward."
