Cancer and Careers Young Adults Needs Assessment Offer Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The Cancer and Careers Young Adults Needs Assessment Offer (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States, age 18 or older, who have received a cancer diagnosis. To be eligible for the Giveaway, participants must follow the link to the Cancer and Careers Young Adults Needs Assessment Survey (the “Survey”) found in an email invitation or social media post from the Sponsor or its partners or by directly visiting www.cancerandcareers.org/en/ya-survey and complete and submit a Survey response by 11:59:59 PM PT on 02/28/25. Void outside the U.S. and wherever prohibited by law. The first five hundred (500) eligible individuals to complete the Survey will receive their choice of one (1) $10 Starbucks gift code or $10 Amazon.com eGift code (the “Giveaway Award”). LIMIT: One (1) entry and one (1) Giveaway Award per person or household address regardless of whether participant has more than one email address or if participant completes more than one Survey. The Approximate Retail Value of the Giveaway Award is $10 each. Sponsor is not responsible for any additional expenses associated with the receipt or use/misuse of this Giveaway Award. The Giveaway Award recipient is also responsible for any and all taxes associated with the Giveaway Award, including but not limited to federal, state and local. Sponsor is not responsible for any damage to computer equipment related to participating in this Giveaway. Giveaway Awards being distributed are not transferable or redeemable for cash, will not be replaced if lost or stolen, and are subject to the issuing company’s complete terms and conditions, including expiration dates.
