CREDITS
Credit hours will be available to eligible social workers, nurses and HR professionals who fulfill the stated requirements and conditions. Please check this page regularly for updates. Please note, if requesting a general certificate, you will need to follow the same requirements as if obtaining a CE certificate.

Social Workers
- Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW) Foundation (Cancer and Careers) SW CPE is recognized by the New York State Education Department's State Board for Social Work as an approved provider of continuing education for licensed social workers #0072.
- Cancer and Careers, #1814, is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Organizations, not individual courses, are approved as ACE providers. State and provincial regulatory boards have the final authority to determine whether an individual course may be accepted for continuing education credit. Cancer and Careers maintains responsibility for this course. ACE provider approval period: 06/10/2023 – 06/10/2026. The number of credits available for the 2026 Midwest Conference will be updated once the agenda is finalized.
- Cancer and Careers is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP. For more information about certification or recertification, please visit www.shrmcertification.org Nurses
- Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider #16673. Nurses who complete the necessary requirements will be eligible to receive CNEs. Those requesting credit from CABRN must be present for the full day to qualify for continuing education credits.
HR Professionals
Note: Nursing accreditation for this event will be offered exclusively through the California Board of Registered Nursing (CABRN). Unlike prior CAC events, credit through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) will not be available. Nurse attendees licensed outside of California are encouraged to check with their state licensing board about reciprocity as many will accept credits issued through CABRN.
REQUIREMENTS
- You must log on and/or dial-in individually. Those who listen-in on someone else’s line will not be eligible for credit.
- You must provide your first AND last name when logging on or contact CAC to let us know how to identify your account in the Zoom attendance report.
- Those attending via phone-only must contact us at cancerandcareers@cew.org with their name and the phone number used to dial-in.
- To receive credit for a conference session, you may not miss more than five (5) minutes.
- Those seeking credit from CABRN must be present for the entire event.
- Credits will be determined based on attendance and participation as recorded by our webinar software.
- You must complete/submit a program evaluation within two (2) weeks of the event.
- The link for the evaluation will be shared via Zoom at the conclusion of the final session of the day. It will also be distributed to attendees via email on Monday, March 30th.
- You must submit the online evaluation by 11:59 PM CT on Monday, April 13th to be eligible for credit.
- A signed attestation of sessions attended will be required.
- You will be issued credit hours only for those individual modules that are evaluated completely and marked as attended.
- You must abide by CAC’s Code of Conduct
CERTIFICATES
Attendees who meet all requirements set forth above will be sent a certificate via email on or before Friday, April 24, 2026.
