About Cancer and Careers
Cancer and Careers was founded in 2001 to support every person, in every industry and every job so they can thrive in their work and their life after a diagnosis. The organization's services include a comprehensive website and library of publications in English and Spanish; career coaching; resume review; financial and technology grants; access to experts for one-on-one support; and educational events for people with cancer and their caregivers, healthcare providers and coworkers. Cancer and Careers also works with companies to develop their internal systems of support for employees navigating illness at work.
