Julie works closely with corporate managers and human resources to develop coaching programs that align with both the goals of the individual and the needs of the organization. Specializing in professional development and career management, Julie assists clients in developing and implementing realistic strategies and techniques and an action plan that supports these. Her coaching is customized to the individual's learning style, personality and specific needs. Julie uses a structured 360 process and various assessments she has designed.
Julie has coached individuals at companies including Sony Corporation, the Depository Trust and Clearing Company, Fitch Ratings, RBS Greenwich Capital, KPMG, Real Simple magazine, Time Warner and Nickelodeon.
