Please note that Cancer and Careers' offices will be closed Wednesday, December 24th, 2014 - Friday, January 2nd, 2015. Resumes submitted during this time will be held and reviewed starting the week of January 5th, 2015.
Welcome to the new Cancer and Careers Resume Review Service! This service will offer unprecedented access to Julie Jansen, one of our professional career coaches, who will provide you with advice on how to put your best professional self forward after your cancer diagnosis. We hope that this new program along with our other popular initiatives focused on looking for work (including the Ask the Experts teleconferences, the Career Coaching Center and Job Search Tools) will help get more survivors back to work and feeling confident about themselves through the process.
By clicking the below button, you will be taken to a page with a short questionnaire followed by the opportunity to upload your resume. Once you have provided that information someone from the Cancer and Careers team will review your submission and then share it with Julie who will then review it and send you feedback to help improve your resume. We offer this service completely free of charge to cancer patients and survivors, however only serious inquiries will be reviewed and responded to. Please expect a delay of 7-10 business days before you receive a response or feedback
For this service to be the most valuable, we recommend that before submitting your resume for review you read through the articles and sample resumes that Cancer and Careers provides and update your resume based on the best practices suggested.
Please note that this service is intended to provide a review of your resume and is not a resume rewriting service.
