How do you feel today?

I feel pretty good and still look young for my age (exercise and highlights...can't beat it!). I'm a very active person and lead a healthy lifestyle (I was this way prior to the cancer, too). I went to an exercise class this morning and will be going out for an hour long walk shortly.

Today is going well. I've been sleeping much better since I put some special foam on top of my mattress and changed my pillow. I had a colonoscopy last week since I'm approaching my 50th birthday. The procedure wasn't bad at all, and I had a really nice doctor. He found one polyp, but he thought it was probably benign. I should be re...
