New England Revolution striker, Charlie Davies, is not stranger to making a comeback.After numerous returns to the soccer field following injuries suffered both on and off the field, Davies was faced with another setback when he was informed of his cancer diagnosis.
Those Davies missed a total of 15 games, it was reported that he has returned to full training and is ready to get back on the field for the Revolutions game against Orlando City. In a tweet before the game, Davies states "Cancer was something I never expected. But having beaten it, I'm that much stronger for it. Pumped to be back with the squad!"
