A: If the reimbursement process poses a financial hardship, please let us know by calling Sissy Silva, Program Coordinator, at 646-929-8040 with some background on your situation, and we will assess whether we can pay vendors directly.
Q: Do I need to register for the Conference?
A: No. In applying for a scholarship you have, by extension, registered for the Conference as well. So, you’re all set!

A: Absolutely! Just let us know that is your preference and we’ll make sure it is used anonymously.
Q: I cannot find train/bus/airfare or lodging for the amount I was awarded; what should I do?
A: If you cannot find fares or accommodations within your award amount and this creates a financial hardship, please email firstname.lastname@example.org before making any purchases.

Q: Do I also need to complete the general registration form?
