Be the Boss Over Cancer

I applied for a job last November when I was in remission from Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Since than I've been diagnosed with a relapse in March of this year. Then out of the blue, I was called in for an interviw for this job in May. I did not mention my medical condition during the interview, which will require an auto stem cell transplant and going on disability for several months starting later this summer.

I've been informed I am ther top candidate and am now required to go in for a physical. Is this the time to mention my cancer relapse? And I think I know the answer to my next question. but I assume the relapse will be considered pre-existing and would have to COBRA my old insurance, correct?
